Return Policy

The following returns policy is compliant with Greek and European regulations and applies exclusively to purchases and transactions made through handmadeceramic.gr.

For orders placed via handmadeceramic.gr:

The visitor/user has the right to return the entire order or part of it without being required to provide a reason for the return or replacement of the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in the following cases:

1. In any case of sale of an incorrect product due to proven fault of handmadeceramic.gr.
2. In cases where there is a defect in the product covered by its warranty.
3. In case the visitor/user has selected the wrong product and wishes to have it replaced.
4. In any case where the visitor/user changes their mind about the purchase and does not wish to keep the product.
   

Returns must be made:

• By shipping to the following address: 12 Ioannou Kannavou Street, Nafpaktos 30300, Greece, exclusively via ACS Courier.
• By the customer in person: At our physical location at 12 Ioannou Kannavou Street, Nafpaktos 30300, Greece

GENERAL RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

In all cases, products must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the visitor/user, complete, without damage or alterations, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all documents and original purchase receipts. If the return is not made within the above period or does not meet any of these requirements, the company may refuse the return or replacement.

If the visitor/user requests a product replacement due to their own fault, they are responsible for the direct cost of returning and reshipping the products. If the reason for the return is due to the company’s error, the company undertakes to cover the cost of return and reshipping, provided that the return has been made exclusively via one of the partnered courier companies.

The visitor/user has the right to request a refund within the withdrawal period, provided that the return and withdrawal conditions are met. Refunds are processed by the company’s accounting department within 10 business days from the receipt and inspection of the returned products. If the refund request is not due to the company’s fault, the shipping cost of the original order and €3 for the return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. In cases where the original order was shipped with free shipping, the return shipping cost is set at €5.

Note: Free shipping, where mentioned, in no case applies to returns and reshipments.
