Shipping method

Product shipments from our store are carried out via ACS Courier.

The shipping cost within the city is €3.00 for shipments up to 2kg and €1.00 for each additional kilogram, with a delivery time of 1 day.

The shipping cost within the region is €3.00 for shipments up to 2kg and €1.00 for each additional kilogram, with a delivery time of 1–2 days.

The shipping cost for mainland or island destinations is €3.00 for shipments up to 2kg and €1.00 for each additional kilogram, with a delivery time of 1–3 days.

The shipping cost for hard-to-reach mainland destinations is €4.00 for shipments up to 2kg and €1.00 for each additional kilogram, with a delivery time of 1–5 days.

Delivery times depend on your geographic area and usually take 1–5 business days.

If you place your order by 14:00 Monday to Friday, our store usually ships your order the same day.

In major cities, you will receive your package within 1–2 business days. In smaller towns or remote islands, delivery may take 2–3 days.

The above timeframes may not be met by the courier in cases of extreme weather, strikes, or any other force majeure event that may affect delivery times, for which the Company is not liable.
