From my very first encounter with clay in 1999, I was fascinated by this primal material. I knew it would teach me patience, resilience in the face of failure, and the strength to begin again, carrying forward the knowledge gained along the way. I also knew it would bring me closer to my inner expression. That same year, I studied art in Athens. Since 2006, I have been running my own ceramic studio, and since 2018 I run a shop on Stenopazaro pedestrian street, by the harbor of Nafpaktos. I continue to develop my technical skills through specialized workshops and seminars, and I have held three solo exhibitions.

I constantly experiment and explore different techniques and alternative firing methods, such as raku, naked raku, copper raku, and obvara. I produce decorative works in earthy tones that explore simple, clean, dynamic forms, deliberately avoiding strict symmetry. I draw inspiration from nature and i seek it everywhere, from oxidized metals to beachcombing finds, which I incorporate into my works, giving them a second life. I do not focus on perfection, but on what carries character, simplicity and quiet elegance. The marks left by the force of fire, the subtle variations, and the beauty of chance make every piece that emerges from my hands unique. I am not bound by the demands of mass production, and this freedom allows me to create without limitations, guided solely by inspiration.
